Hello crafty friends!
Today I made a card for Paper Smooches SPARKS July Picture Perfect challenge!
To create my card, I used Luminous Spring stamp set from Paper Smooches.
For my own background, I did blending on a paper with Distress inks.
For the main image, I draw a blue line and water drops hung on the line.
I draw smile faces on the drops with a white Gelly roll pen.
