Happy Little Stampers July CASE challenge

Time for new CASE challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

This month CASE designer is  Carol s .

Her cute design inspire me, so I made this card.

Today, I am sharing with you a Birthday card card using Panda pals stamp set and All aboard stamp set from Craftin Desert Divas.

Here is what I came up with ;

To create this card, I 1) Stamped for the background with distress inks and watercolor using watercolor brush. 2) Die cut on the colored card stock using pocket pieces HI dies and die cut the heart balloon on the watercolor paper using Party dies. 3) Stamped the sentiments on the watercolor paper using embossing ink, white heat embossed it. 4) Mounted all elements as shown a top-folded card using double-sided tape, added clear sequins.
